A short walk to the commercial, shopping and entertainment areas of the city makes us an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers. Enjoy dinner in the Garden Room Restaurant, and a hallmark great breakfast in the morning. Our fantastic outdoor Terrace overlooks the sea is great for sitting out and enjoying fresh air dining and evening cocktails. Visit the ancient village of Ditchling, only 20 minutes drive from the hotel, and take in stunning views across the South Downs. In the city and close to the Hotel itself are the Brighton Pavilion, The Dome, the Theatre Royal, Sea Life Centre, Brighton Palace Pier, Booth Museum of Natural History and many other attractions. Leave M25 at Junction 8 following M23 South to Gatwick & Brighton. Follow the motorway to the end where it changes onto the A23. Follow M23/A23 south until a large roundabout. Stay in left lane and take slip road left onto A27 towards Worthing/Hove. Join A27 and continue to stay on A27. Follow off next junction (A2038) to roundabout and take 2nd exit signed to Brighton. Follow this road for continuing over traffic light junctions until the next roundabout. Take 4th exit (Vernon Terrace) signed Town Centre. Follow this road to the seafront. Turn left onto dual carriage way the Hotel is on the left 200 yards ahead.

For £100 per night I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. Although the room was fairly clean the towels had stains on them. and looked liked they had been washed to many times. Overall I felt that the hotel looked a bit tired, shabby and dated in particular - the lobby, lifts and corridors.The lift to the car part was very dirty and gives a poor first impression on the hotel.
Overall not impressed. I do not feel that it is good value for money and will definately not be booking in there again.

Parking facilities handy £15 but worth it. Very clean & modern. Easy walking distance for both day and night life in Brighton. Would recommend it.

Easy to get to. Car parking on site, but no mention of £15 charge on website. Tired decor generally throughout the hotel.
Restaurant was closed for a wedding. Hot meals served in bar on very low coffee tables. 4 meals ordered, 2 meals arrived 10 minutes after first 2.
Fungus stains to bath sealant and ceiling. Castor missing from one divan (therefore different heights top/bottom of bed).
Matress very hard and uncomfortable.
No welcome pack/information about hotel. No biscuits provided.
View from room was over disgusting roofs and alleys, strewn with rubbish.

Hotel is in ideal location right on beachfront. Very clean hotel. Rooms was very nice - the toilet didn't flush right - we were only there one night and not in that long so didn't bother us too much - great bath though! Would stay here again!
