    Excellent location for Georgian Dublin. Very good continental breakfast.

    We stayed just for one night, the room was clean and compact. The staff were all foreign and had limited english. They knew nothing of the area or where to get a bus to the airport from (for example). The breakfast was continental and getting a cup of tea was very slow. I am sure the food was lovely, but we wanted an Irish breakfast so went elsewhere. Good location, quite area and clean - would recommend it.

    The room we were given initially smelled rather smoky. I asked for a non-smoking room, but was told that they were all smoking rooms. However, we were given an upgraded room which turned out to be fine. We were impressed by the breakfast buffet.
