The 5-storey hotel was built in 1990, completely renovated in 1999 and includes a total of 115 rooms, of which 6 are singles, 104 are doubles and 5 are suites. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk, a conference room and a 24-hour reception. It also has a café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for younger guests. Aeroporto: Portugal - Faro até ao Hotel Alísios 1. Saída do Aeroporto seguindo sempre as indicações para Portimão.2. Aproximadamente 6 Kms depois vai encontrar um desvio à direita com a indicação:Portimão (EN 125) e indicação de Portimão/Lisboa/Espanha(A22)/ Loulé. Não sair. Siga em frente.3. Depois de passar o Estádio do Algarve vire no segundo desvio à direita com indicação Portimão/Lisboa / A22 (Também denominada: Via do Infante ).4. Aproximadamente 30 Kms depois, vai encontrar um desvio Albufeira/Lisboa. Siga direcção Albufeira.5. Ao encontrar à sua esquerda, um posto de abastecimento da Repsol, seguem-se uma rotunda. Vire nesse cruzamento à sua esquerda.6. Nos segundos semáforos dessa avenida vire à direita.7. Vire na primeira à esquerda e siga em frente. Vai encontrar uma rotunda (Pau Da Bandeira), contorne a rotunda e saia na segunda via. Vai estar em paralelo com a linha do mar.8. Upon arrival the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and informative regarding the hotel and its facitlies. This level of service was provided to us throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very nice, extremely clean and in a great location. A doorway at the base of the hotel (hotel guest access only via room card) leads to a dozen steps down onto the beach. The only negative point would be if you are a guest with mobility issues, this accommodation may be challenging from the front (located on a steep hill) and back (step access down to the beach) It does however have ramp access at the front and the beach is accessible from street level down instead of directly from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely make a return visit.

Excellent service. Staff really helpful and friendly. Hotel just a short walk from the Old Town. Breakfast wasn't great. There is no outdoor pool so this hotel is not good for kids. It is on the beach, but lots of waves and bottom shelves away quickly. The hotel suited our short stay, but wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights because we like to have a pool. The one benefit of no pool is no kids!
