Booked through LateRooms.com the day before stay, but when arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation in the system - customer service from the 2 receptionists was non-existent as they did not keep me informed while they were sorting this out. Aside from that, the room was ok, however there was no air-conditioning and it was in the basement and it was very hot! One final point - in all my travels around the world, I have never stayed at a hotel that has rooms beginning 1xx split over 4 levels (basement, ground floor, inbetween ground floor & first floor, and actually on the first floor) - very strange!

Good location close to Paddington. Poor system for organising wireless internet access (using login numbers written on scraps of paper that often didn't work!). Breakfast pretty basic. Rooms clean and nice enough. Seemed pretty quiet too.
