Difficult to find any fault. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and it was great to stay in a hotel with a bit of individuality in it's decor and layout. |

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly staff. Good restaurant, although extremely busy and would need to book in peak season. |

The hotel was beautiful, very breathtaking as you drive upto it along the driveway. There was a very welcoming log fire as you enter the hotel. The bedroom was beautiful all decorated to a high standard. Very relaxed atmosphere it feels like you are in a very large house rather than a hotel. There was only one member of staff there when we arrived he checked us in, showed us to our room, served at the bar etc, when he saw we were taking great interest in the numerous pictures and antiques that are in abundance around the hotel he then gave us a guided tour. The Stables resturant was delicious I can not put into words how wonderful the meal was, just excellent!! We had a wonderful time at Soughton Hall and will definately be returning. |
