Upstreet City Central Apartments

This is a serviced apartment and staff can't always be around to help out (eg I wanted to drop off my cases early in the day and the owners were unsure as to whether that was possible - in fact, the building concierge was fine about it.)

The modern apartments are in a great location. Quite sparsely furnished but everything is there to enable you to have a pleasant stay. I wouldn't agree with the description of great views across the city, although views are available from the balcony. The only disappointments of my stay were the extensive mould in the ensuite show which needed rectifying and the bed linen was stained. You have to ring somebody 40 minutes prior to your arrival to let you in but don't let this put you off as it went smoothly. Its a little more tedious upon departure as you have to remove the car from the underground car park, park on the side of the road and drop the keys through the letterbox of the department. This didnt help as the apartment was on the 9th floor.

Lovely apartments, great customer service. Definitely stay here again.

The only complaint we had was that there was only two mugs in the cupboard although there was four of everything else. It meant we had to take turns of having tea/coffee.
We did have problems trying to make contact with a member of staff on the mobile number given for the apartments but I wouldn't let it put me off using them again.
