We received a pleasant welcome and easy check-in. We speak English and the staff was multi-lingual so there wasn't a language barrier. After going to our rooms we received a call from the front desk asking if we were pleased with our rooms--this was the first time in all our travels that this has happened so it was a nice touch. We booked 2 rooms for our group and both were art deco/modern style which was different from the normal hotel room.
The front desk also booked a tour for us (Rome by Night). The hotel is one block from the Rome Termini which is a 30 mintue train ride to the airport.

The hotel was very modern and very close to the termini. I could find no fault with those aspects but the twin room I stayed in was tiny. My friends double room was roomy but the twin room we had was far too small for 2 people. One had to sit on the bed to let the other move around.

the room we were allocated was nothing like the pictures on the internet, and the bed was 2 single beds pushed together. there was no natural light in the room either as the windows were internally facing. the breakfast buffet was very nice indeed though.

the hotel was very nice. the floor in the room was a bit dirty but on the whole was good. only downfall was that there were builders outside our window so we couldnt open the windows for ventilation and the room was very warm. also got woken at 8 each morning from either screaming kids in the corridor or the builders making a start.
