Excellent 4* luxury apartment in the city centre of Edinburgh - mins away from Princes St, Waverley station, Harvey Nichols, Museums and theatres. This large apartment at the east end of Princes Street sleeps up to 8 guests making it ideal for families and groups of friends. A 2 min walk to Princes Street, Waverley Rail Station, Playhouse Theatre and about 10 mins from Edinburgh Castle.
The accommodation comprises dining lounge (with large flatscreen digital TV, broadband internet, DVD, CD/Radio, guidebooks and more), fully fitted kitchen with all appliances inc washer/drier, microwave, fridge/freezer, two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and bathroom and shower room. Excellent property in a great location. The rooms were very well appointed and the customer service excellent. Would definitely use again.

The Playhouse apartment was extremely noisy Saturday night we had no sleep. Parties, outside and indoors until 5 in the morning. At 4.30 a.m. the Stage equipment pantechnicans arrived!! The owner needs to know how noisy his neighbours are. We know it was the weekend but..........We thought it very central and well equipped but only one shower and eight people staying. Two reasons why we would not go back noise and shower facilities. We are glad we came, would like to visit Edinburgh again but would stay somewhere else.

The reason i have marked lower on the cleanliness of the room is when we arrived at the apartment to check-in it had not been cleaned since the previous guests had stayed. However, this was quickly remedied by a phone call to the cleaning company who came to clean the apartment and change the bed linen/towels etc while we had lunch in a nearby pub. We also got 10% taken off the bill due to this inconvenience so I would definitely recommend this apartment to future guests.
