The hotel is in Shepiston Lane, fifty yards from Comfort Inn and Hayes Fire Station.From Heathrow AirportFollow signpost to M4 and leave the airport by the tunnel. Go under the motorway and straight over the roundabout, keeping to the left lane. The signs to Hayes / Comfort Inn direct you into Shepiston Lane. The hotel is on the right, after the Fire Station and Comfort Inn, exactly one mile after you enter Shepiston Lane.

The accommodation was akin to that of a hostel, which is not reflected in the price.

The room was perfectly adequate but I found the breakfast offered to be vey disappointing (basically toast, cereal or nothing) There was a slight mix up when the guy in reception tried to charge me £5.00 more than the booked price but it was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel, I stayed for convinience of the location to Heathrow airport just a 15 minute drive away, very reasonable on price £40.00 for one night inc breakfast and car parking. I would stay again if using for the same reason.

We were visiting London for the weekend but stayed here mainly due to cost. Access to London is easy with Hayes train station been a 10 minute walk and only 20 mins to Paddington from there. The room was quite small but had ensuite and was fine for a short stay, only downside was TV didn't work but not a problem as not in the room long enough. Breakfast is continental but adequate, there is a bar but didn't use it. Although Heathrow is close there is no significant aeroplane noise. Would stay here again for either visiting London or Heathrow.
