The Comfort Hotel Frankfurt City Center enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Frankfurt-downtown "Mainhattan": the financial metropolis in Germany. Stay in the middle of the vibrant life of downtown Frankfurt and enjoy modern ambience mixed with a historical exterior. Due to this perfect location, the sights of the city are within walking distance, e.g. Goethe-Haus, Hauptwache, Zeil, Alte Oper, Museumsufer, Römerberg with the Paulskirche, elegant shopping stores in the Goethestraße, Freßgass’, Kaiserstraße, the stock exchange and banking quarter. You can reach the fairground in 15 minutes by walking or by underground or tram within 3 minutes.
All 45 comfortable rooms include bath/shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, TV, Pay-TV, safety box, mini bar, free coffea/tea making facilities and free internet access. Some of the rooms are equipped additionally with iron and board and air-condition for an extra charge.
Start the day with our sumptuous breakfast buffet. Our restaurant pampers our guests with great East-Asian cuisine (Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes). The "chef de cuisine" is using only fresh products.

Arrival by Car: A5 direction Frankfurt, at intersec. Westkreuz take A648 dir. Frankfurt Stadtmitte/Messe, pass exhibition grounds, at 3. traffic light take left dir. Stadtmitte/Zoo, before 3. traffic light turn right into dir. Sachsenhausen /Theater, at 3. traffic light turn right(Muenchner Str.), turn right at 3. street (Moselstr.). Hotel own garage available upon request (EUR 18,00/night). With public transportation: Take S8 or S9 from Terminal 1 direction Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (central station, 3rd stop). Take the main exit from Hauptbahnhof and walk onto Kaiserstr., turn the first street right into Moselstr. The hotel is located at the end of the block on the right hand side.

Nice hotel, good value for my money. Very clean, well equipped. The only thing I missed was the double bed, but I was alone, so it wasn't a big problem. Had free internet, mini bar, coffee making facilities, even an iron and ironing board. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I only had breakfast, but that was very nice. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult as I don't know the city, and had to ask twice to find it.

Did not eat at the hotel. The area the hotel is located did not give a lot of confidence regarding safety. The restaurant reccommended by the receptionist was not visited because of distance but was reputed to be good. All told the hotel would be classified as "average" .

Small room, had seen better days (big crack in sink, limescale in toilet, rickety shower door), relatively noisy area in Frankfurt's red-light district. Their luggage room was an open corridor without any security. I can't say I'm overly impressed, but it was okay for one night. The service was very friendly, though.

They missed one wake-up call out of five. Not bad, but it happened to be the morning I was departing from the Frankfurt airport, so it was the most important one. The people working at the front desk were all friendly and helpful.
