    At the time they were doning roadworks locally and it took me 1 hour to reach Hotel even when i could see it

    It isnt near the airport at all!!! There are several near the airport, this isnt one of them. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get to the hotel by train and on the day i left, 4 people shared a cab and it still cost 13 euro a piece. There is a shuttle that the hotel provides but the driver didnt show up so we had to cab it. I got off the train to go to the hotel and couldnt see it, called them and they told me terrible directions to walk to the place. Then walked thru an open field, under a highway and down a dirt road to the hotel. It is out in the middle of nowhere, the furthest away from the actual city of Frankfurt. Going to the city required a 7euro cab ride to the metro station, then a 20 minute train ride. I couldnt get back to the hotel the same way because the train out to that area stops early in the evening compared to the rest of the subway lines. i took a cab but the driver couldnt find the place and even with the hotel desk person on the phone, it took an hour. This hotel should not be advertised as an airport hotel because there is no way to get to or from the airport without a hassle. I would like my money back please.
