Free HSIA. Excellent location with lovely gardens make this country house hotel an ideal place to stay. Just 1 mile from J29 of M5, 3 miles from Exeter Airportand 3 miles from the city centre. Our restaurant provides good food and friendly service.

Food in the evening was nice but not alot of choice. Rooms were out dated and need to be upgrade. Also Bathroom was very small.

The staff at reception could not have been more helpful. Hot milk was made for my young son at bedtime and we were welcomed.

Staff friendly but main problem is how dated the hotel is. Not sure if my room was a fair reflection on all rooms but it was really tired and depressing.

Once found, The hotel is more than adequate, staff are friendly and helpful. Certainly good for an overnight stay, as in my case, Perhaps also as a centre for staying a few days. Also, for myself- a late booking and good value for money.
