We have disabled bedrooms located on the ground floor close to reception. Padbrook Park is situated just one mile from J28 of the M5 on the Southern edge of Cullompton.To reach us you will have to come off at Junction 28 of the M5 and follow the signs marked town centre. When you reach the trafic lights turn left. Continue throught the town centre until you come to a roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout and take the next right very shortly after. This is Padbrook Park.

Good clean room, only paid for a single but they gave me a large double. Breakfast excellent, staff very helpful, the hotel was almost empty can't imagine why it was very good value for money.

Really put a smile on my face this place ;-) Very friendly guy on reception really looked ater me from the off. Great value for money as I booked late and got a great deal from now on I'll be staying in this hotel every single time I'm down that way =)

Hotel was deserted, strange atmosphere and a bit of a hotch-potch of buildings.
Reception staff were friendly, but rooms were very basic and therefore overall not highly recommended

The information provided about the internet availability at this hotel was incorrect. On the LateRooms website is shows as if the internet is free of charge. I even confirmed from the LateRooms operator on the phone too, and she too said the internet is free. But when I reached the hotel, they asked for £15 per day extra for internet access. My stay was for 3 days there and I had to stay there without an internet access as the overall changes for the room would have gone beyond the budget my company reserved for the stay. I'm not happy and it was annoying. I might not trust the information available on the laterooms website, rather would call the hotel directly to ask what facilities are / are not included in the package.
