Although the hotel was adequate the rooms are a bit tired looking and dated, especially the bathrooms. Service was good and staff plesant and helpful. |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, organising a taxi for my daughter and assisting myself with luggage as i am disabled. They were polite and courteous and i would definately reccommend the hotel to my friends and i will not doubt gvisit again in the future when i need to stay in that area of London. |

Poor bed - un-supportive and lop-sided. Looks like it was once a top hotel but is now is bit tied and dated. Location not good for tube travellers. |

This Hotel lives in a previous decade. In need of a serious makeover if it intends to operate within this price group. Like much of London it will take your money and provide an indifferent service. |
