Staff were excellent - really really good would have no hesitation in recommending.
Initially after booking in - would we like a map? Then showing us where we were and where we wanted to go etc. Really helpful.
On checking out just offering to look after our bags if we were spending the day in London.
Little things make all the difference - theye were spot on

The room was what you would expect for this class of hotel. TV was provided but nowhere was there a TV guide or instructions on how to find one on the TV set. When queried at reception the man on duty did not know anything and his command of English was poor.

I booked a standard single room, which was clean and tidy, if a little small - particularly narrow. The furnishings were nice (although the light switches and reading lamp were placed in the head board!) and the room was comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, although I was a little disappointed that it was not possible to arrange a taxi via the hotel, albeit it was a Saturday evening.
Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the restaurant etc.
Overall, it was good value for money, especially for the location (I was quoted £40 more for a local Ibis), but not exceptional.

Room was a little small, but had everything you need and was clean and had a good bathroom. For the laterooms price it was very good value.
