Hotel Samba

We travelled in late Nov hoping to catch the last of the sun, but unfortunately the weather wasn't much better than in the UK.
Hotel staff were friendly enough if you tried to make an effort with the language. The hotel itself was very clean and of a good standard, although the beds were quite uncomfortable.
There was entertainment on everynight, which, if you enjoy dancing to live Spainish music you'll love it.
Now for the negatives. We had booked in as All Inclusive, and whilst the drinks were pretty good, the food was terrible. The hotel was full of elderly Spainish couples whilst we were there, and whilst they seemed content with the food, we ate there 3 times and gave up.
The buffet was all you could eat, but consisted of chips and unidentifiable meats. I normally eat anything but struggled to find anything I liked.
Beware of eating out as well, as a couple of places we ate were awful. Having said that we found some very good restaurants, just a case of asking about.
All in all, not the best holiday but I'm sure in the summer it's a lovely place to relax. Just save your money and miss out on the All Inclusive.

Easy to get to. Quite near centre and beach. Breakfast food taken away too quickly. Very thin walls; didn't get to sleep until after three in the morning. Very large groups clutter up the hall, lifts etc.
