Good price for city centre location - free broadband did not work in 5th floor room - signal not strong enough but worked in the bar area on the 1st floor.

booked a double room with "king size bed" - turned out to be two mattresses (of different heights) on two bed bases, pushed together, with one king size sheet and duvet. was told "all our double rooms are like that". asked to speak to manager - was informed that the manager would call me. still waiting...
