The Townhouse Rooms is different to the normal small Hotel or usual Bed & Breakfast as we give you more freedom than the traditional accommodation and a more relaxing and flexible stay in our attractive en-suite rooms. we also aim to give value for money in a pleasant friendly environment. What ever you reason for being in Cornwall business or pleasure The Townhouse Rooms could not be more central to Truro City centre, train, bus or coach stations, or in fact the whole of the Cornwall area. We also have ample private parking.

From the A30 take the A39 to Truro. As you come into Truro you will come to traffic lights turn right to town centre, Falmouth etc over next set of lights on to roundabout go straight over at the next roundabout (M&S)take the second turning off the rounabout to Falmouth etc. at the top of the hill keep over to your right, go Right past 2 mini roundabouts which to THE TOWN CENTRE, you are now Falmouth Road, go down the hill for a short distance and we are on your left.

Top quality accommodation, extremely comfortable and scrupulously clean. A range of food and drink available all day in the Breakfast room was very welcome. We will definitely return and recommend the Townhouse Rooms to friends and family.

The beds were very comfortable and cosy. Sound insulation was not brilliant because of a heavy front door, but we really liked the policy of being free to get up when we liked and help ourselves to breakfast as well as coffee and cake whenever we wanted it through the day.The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent and spacious. The staff were welcoming and non-intrusive.

I found The Townhouse to be a comfortable base while staying in Truro. Single room was small but clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. An advantage of staying here was use of fridge and microwave in the breakfast room, handy if you are on your own and don't like dining out at night. Would stay there again.

Rather overpowering smell of dogs in reception not my favourite odour and rather off putting , but apart from that hotel fine
