Room decor is very dated and the bed small for a double room. But the bathroom is new and clean, the flat screen TV is a plus. Hotel is only 15mins walk from La defense Metro line which takes you straight into Paris in 10mins. I would not stay again though, as I prefer modern hotels. |

Not difficult to get to, but we had to take three trains from where we got into Paris. The photo on the website is a misrepresentation. We actually went for a romantic getaway weekend celebrating our 3rd anniversary and I chose the hotel because of the romantic decor. But the wall paper and everything was quite old. If you like antique, rustic and quaint then this is for you. If you prefer the clean, modern look, then this hotel is not for you. One good thing, is that the bathroom was at least clean and that room service was good. |

We stayed at the Hotel George Sands for just one night. We found it to be very nice, the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Although it's not in the centre of Paris it is only 10- 15 minutes from the centre and there is a train staion and metro station very near to the hotel. I would stay there again because its convenient and friendly. |
