The room was pleasant, spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, en-suite very good. The simple continental breakfast was nice and fresh. Location couldn't be better for access to the restaurants and lake. The only thing I can suggest as an improvement would be a little heating as it was cool in the evening. Friendly pleasant host. |

We had a very relaxing three day stop-over in the hotel, using it as a central touring base for this beautiful and unspoilt part of Brittany. The hotel is an immaculate little B&B run by a charming young English family, with good sized well appointed ensuite rooms and a beautiful little garden. Louise, our lovely host, was always smiling and happy to help and offer advice on the area. Situated in Jugon Les Lacs, a gorgeous sleepy little traditional stone built village with a splendid lake on the outskirts, which we found ideal for our fequent picnics and relaxing over a bottle of good wine. I would highly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to visiting again! |

Because of storms and cancellations to our ferry, we arrived 5 hours late. I'm ashamed to say I don't know the grandfather's name, but he was waiting for us. This is a lovely family-run place: we had a delicious breakfast and the whole family were so supporive. Again I'm ashamed to say I don't (or can't remember the grandad's name) but he provided me with my route down to Perpignan (which in retrospect I would never have been able to do so clearly). Although we stayed briefly I would have loved to have stayed longer. In every way we were made most welcome and were given the kindest and most comfortable stay. |
