Our recent stay at Bath Spa was made more enjoyable because of the friendliness and hospitality of Anna-Maria at Roban House. She could not do enough for us, and offered us the use of towels for the Thermae Spa and plenty of useful and interesting information regarding Bath. Our room was very clean and tidy and well presented, and the bathroom was a pleasure to use. We stayed two nights and would have loved to have stayed for longer. |

reserved a superior double room, when i arrived there i was shown to my room which was really small, wasnt ensuite either, the bathroom was accross the hallway. definatly not a superior room. The breakfast was also poor (no dining room so had to be eaten in the room) + only a choice of toast and cereal, Car parking is all residents parking. we were lucky it was a sunday so it wasnt busy but presume it would be expensive in the week. |

Nice place with a friendly owner and in a good location. I'm not sure it's worth 79 pounds a night, but Bath is an expensive place to stay in general - it was the best value place we found after looking around for a while. |
