You will be led into Queen Street. The hotel is at the far end opposite the Playhouse Theatre.From South: From the A702/A720 head for city centre East and Leith then Princes Street East at the top of Leith Walk the hotel is opposite the Playhouse Theatre.The hotel is located at the East end of Princes Street and Queen Street at the rounabout opposite the Playhouse Theatre, the Omni Centre and the rear of John Lewis. The hotel is located within a listed Georgian Building on the right side of Hertz-Rent-A-Car. WALKING DIRECTIONSThe hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the East End of Princes Street and a 10-minute walk from Waverley Railway Station. At the East End of Princes Street turn left on to Leith Street. HMV and St James Shopping Centre will be on your left hand side. Continnue down Leith Street and John Lewis Department Store will be on your left side. The hotel is located beyond Picardy Place Roundabout on the right side of Hertz-Rent-A-Car.
