The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and spacious, and was fine apart from the fact we did not have any sort of view except some bushes very near our window, and there were only 3 television channels, the shower had a leak which was spraying onto the ceiling which we reported and hope it was fixed asap. The hotel was ideal for a relaxing break as it was very quiet and away from the main road, the food was excellent and to a high standard, but a bit too rich to suit younger palates. |

Staff v helpful. Our car broke down on way to hotel. Although we arrived well after the latest time for serving food we were able to order a meal from the full 5 course menu when we arrived and were able to eat the meal without in any feeling rushed. |

Fantastic location. Excellent welcome at reception, hassle free check in. Lovely room overlooking the beautiful gardens. We didn't make it for breakfast so can't comment on the food quality (too early for us...maybe the Briery Wood could consider extending the time at weekends??). Met the manager the following morning, lovely person, once again a hassle free check out. Will definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay. |
