This hotel was fantastic couldn't have done any more to make our stay better. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. The restaurant Scalinis is also well worth a try and excellent value for money. |

Hotel had been refurbed in 2000 when we last stayed. Now strating to look at bit frayed at the edges needs updating. Room we stayed in was large - as was the double bed. However room on the front which is main road to Jesmond and was noisy particularly early in the morning. No double glazing. Roomson back much quieter but no views. |
