Single rooms are very small but adequate for a short term stay. The real bonus is the free parking and it's only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Breakfast was quite nice and due to shortage of free parking in Derby I would stay here again. |

Wireless very easy to connect to. If you have difficulty with stairs be sure to mention it - lift not working properly so had 57 steps to room on second floor. |
