Clive & Julie welcome you their Edwardian home in bath. situated approx 1 mile from city centre at the quieter end of town. We pride ourselves on offering quality bed and breakfast at reasonable prices. Our rooms are tasteful decorated and we have tried to cater of all types of taste with food and decor. we have lived locally for numerous years and can offer advice on where to visit and eat. Also very keen sports people especially British football, cricket and tennis. Why not come and stay and see for yourself or read our reviews on web sites.

Excellent breakfast, nice hosts, I stayed there for almost 3 weeks, depending on different bookings and it was a real pleasure; although... the booking at laterooms.com wasn't processed the right way. But anyway, Julie found a solution, which was quite good and reasonable.

Very convenient to central Bath. Close to laundromat, corner shop and pub. The room was large and airy and had every appliance and convenience to make our stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was really good, and plenty of it. . The free off-street parking a big plus. Definitely reccomend it.
