A most uplifting and relaxing experience to be treated in such a genuine and friendly manner.
We did not meet a single unsmiling face or voice in the hotel all weekend - most refreshing.

Found the hotel via sat nav but friends had problems because of the one way system. Reception staff very helpful and ensured we had rooms that were not over the function rooms as we were not attending the functions. Room spacious, clean modern decor. Bathroom with shower over. Room quiet because we were at the back but friends had room near the front and had noise from revellers so ask for a room on the back overlooking the car park. Staff are willing to move your car to the carpark when there is room to save parking on the front.

A good hotel, value for money and excellent location. Staff very good. Parking can be a bit tight at times but never had a problem. Breakfast finshes too early for weekend revellers. 11.00 am checkout should be extended to 12.00 in line with most other 3 star hotels. Security not brilliant....my door was left unlocked by the maid. Overall, a hotel worth visiting and i would recommend it for the occasional visitor.
