Sea Front hotel run in a relaxed and friendly environment. Family run and operating an unlicensed bar where we welcome you bringing in your own alcohol. Breakfast is served at a time to suit our guests rather than first light, and check in and out when you wish. We aim to make you feel as at home as possible! Evening meals can be provided on request, or bring in/order from the range of local restaurants and leave us with the washing up! Excellent views over the Irish Sea from our Sun Lounge or Balcony. Clean, comfortable, and low cost breaks throughout the year. "Arrive as Guests, Leave as Friends."

possibly offer an earlier breakfast if people request it - 9.30 is a little late if you have to get away earlier in morning. Only a small criticism everything else spot on!!

the service and friendliness of the guest house was very good, only downside was the mattresses on the bed were uncomfortable but overall for the money we paid it was good value.
