On arriving at the hotel I found the receptionist very courteous. The hotel room was unbeleivably small although it was clean and tidy. The walls of the hotel are very thin and we had a very rude neighbour on our first night. At 4am (when we had had enough), the night porter dealt with the problem very efficiently and sensibly. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot review the food. On checking out, the receptionist was a different person and was very ingorant, which was a shame as the best point of the hotel was the customer service. |
