Located strategically in Rome historical city centre between Colosseum and Termini Station (Metro line A-B stop Termini or Cavour).We can organize airport pick-up from Ciampino and Fiumicino-Leonardo Da Vinci Airports (please ask via email to the owners).From Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci Airport: You can take the train inside the airport Leonardo express which arrives to Termini Station. From there it is walking distance: enter Via Cavour, turn left into Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore and left again into Via Urbana".From Termini Station: Enter Via Cavour, turn left into Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore and left again into Via Urbana.From Ciampino Airport: Take the train FMA-Rome Ciampino and get off at Termini, it goes along every 20 min. from 6.15am to 23.45pm

First of all this is not actually a hotel and you only ever see anyone involved in the running of it as you arrive and then if you happen to bump into someone putting the breakfast in your room. Really it is like renting a bedsit for the duration. There are no hotel services such as a bar or room service and no one around to ask for help or to call locations, cabs etc. The room we had was at the front of the building and as the windows are very old and do not fit it was very noisy and if there in the winter, I imagine it must be very cold. The room was adequate, the bathroom was fairly new and clean but all in all I think we could have found a better hotel for our money.
