Free Wi-Fi available in Lounge / Bar for guests use. Both pet and family friendly with high chair and travel cot available. Situated just a 10 minute stroll to town centre and seafront, and only a few minutes from the lovely Bicclescombe Park.

This is a lovely Victorian house with a 'secret garden' for guest use. The owners were particularly friendly and even offered to lend me some clothes as I had forgotten to pack any overnight clothes. The children were given chocolates on arrival and it was great being able to get a drink in their bar "room".

This hotel was exactly what we expected having read previous reviews. Pete and Heather were very welcoming and friendly. The room was fresh and clean, they recommended a good pub/restaurant (and booked it for us!) and sent us on our way with a good breakfast. We would stay here again!
