The staff at this hotel were fantastic, customer service was fabulous, they were very professional and it made my stay very nice. The room was great as was the air conditioning. I would definately go back if in the area

I had a problem checking in as I had left my passport in another hotel on the mainland. The reception staff were fantastic and sorted the problem out without me having to travel back. The customer service in this hotel really is excellent.
