Our en-suite rooms and first class service are second to none in this stylish, fresh, funky boutique B&B. We offer pampering services, so whether its a massage after a day out shopping, a facial or manicure, we have the service to make you relax.Free WiFi wireless internet access in some rooms. Discounted access to a nearby gym. Discounted car parking nearby (NCP). Dine in our restaurant, Mascara, just round the corner from the hotel. With belly dancing on weekends and a mystical interior this is the place to visit the exotic East. Note lunch/dinner not included in the laterooms price. Standard Rooms offered on laterooms are standard doubles only (these have en-suite showers and facilities, please note that the picture of the roll top bath refers to one of our premium rooms), please see our website for more pictures and details. The hotel was very well kept even though it was old. The staff were very nice and welecoming, you felt as though you were not staying at a hotel. The room was very basic but the bed was very comfortable and clean, the room was quite modern and generally comfortable. The walls are very thin so you can hear other guests going about their business.

Great location, very central to all amenities. Can be slightly noisy as windows are not double glazed (bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!)

went mid week so it was quiet so got upgraded to a luxury room free which was amazing. big roll top bath in the room so spot on. staff were friendly and helpful, can't comment on the food as the deal we got through lateroom was room only. would defanatly recomend it to anyone.

A very sweet little b&b , close to the sea, and the centre of Brighton. The maison mascara is nicely furnished with some cool little touches in the room we stayed in. The room was a good size, with a comfy arm chair and a coffee table, flat screen tv and DVD player. The owner was lovely and friendly, letting us know to contact her if we needed anything, but left us to enjoy our weekend without any interruption.
We didn't manage to take advantage of any if the deals with local restaurants, but it was nice for the offer to be there.
Our room was very quiet considering how close we were to the centre and sea front. The room was also lovely and warm, which was a great respite from chilly sea winds. I would definitely stay again, and thoroughly recommend staying here.
