Following a refurbishment in 2007, we are very pleased to have been upgraded to four star guest accommodation in September 2007 following an inspection by the Quality in Tourism Assessor. We offer a warm welcome to our guests, both old and new together with an excellent freshly cooked breakfast using very good quality ingredients. The Newburgh Guesthouse, is a friendly, exceptionally clean, home from home, non-smoking family run Guest house in Torquay.

From the end of the M5 motorway onto the A380 and follow the signs to Torquay. Follow directions to the seafront. Pass an open space of grass and gardens on your left. At traffic lights keep in left lane. Turn left onto Belgave road ( The Belgrave Hotel will be on your right ) Continue along Belgrave road a short distance and, turn right into Scarborough Road. THE NEWBURGH GUESTHOUSE is the second property on your left, recently painted pale pink. Parking is unrestricted on Scarborough Road. We do have a private car park at the rear of the guesthouse.

Take a good map as we found Torquay difficult to navigate. Saying that it was worth it - the guesthouse is lovely. The welcome is warm - Nigel & Lynne made us feel very comfortable. The room was lovely, as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse and are planning to return ourselves.
