A little more attention to detail - like picking up the order off the door for breakfast would be nice. The room was compact but pleasant. Bathroom was smart and comfy except the shower that would benefit from a small water pump. Breakfast (in the restaurant due to the problem above) was stock food to be found on the warmers in large trays - I expected better for the price and xxxx's. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful - and ultra appologetic for the mistake on my breakfast order. |

I booked the superior room for one night for 2 people - Bargain at 59.00 with Breakfast - the room was excellent and probly the best bed I have ever slept in- the only quibble with the room was the television- with the quality of everything else I would of expected a reasonable sized flat screen . Staff where great and the breakfast really nice would stay here again |

I did not have a good nights sleep at this hotel as during my stay the hotel had Christmas parties 2 nights at the start of the working week finishing after 1am. I was there on business and had picked the hotel purely because I wanted a quiet place where I could study. There was more noise in my room then there was outside the hotel, it was as if the party was next door (and I wasn't even allowed to join in). They should have warned me about the parties when I rang to confirm my booking, they didn't even tell me there was going to be another party on the following night (day before my exam) even after I complained. The hotel staff did nothing to improve the situation, all they said when I was checking out was, that next time I should ask to be put in one of the rooms in the adjacent building - why did they not tell me this before when I booked in or complained! |

Room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Only downside was inconsiderate neighbours who woke us up at 2.30 in the morning coming in with a number of friends making a lot of noise, one even chose to make a phone call from what sounded like right outside our door, they then preceeded to make more noise for another half an hour until the friends left. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but really annoyed me how thoughtless people can be. Buffet breakfast was great with a good variety and all nicely cooked. Would definitely stay again and try to make use of the leisure facilities next time. |
