This was typical of London hotels. Poor quality - tired rooms and no personality or interest in the customer. They know there is always someone else that will fill the room. Over priced for yet another very ordinary dull tired hotel. Could have been loads better

This was a Holiday Inn Express. Just like all the rest. No bad things to say about it. Convenient for the tube stations

Bit disappointed with cleanliness of the room - towels were dirty which made me wonder about rest of room, sheets etc. Disappointing as normally a good standard.
