Although the place was clean, it was slightly dated. The shower dial came off in my hands on the first use, and the toilet seat and floor were slightly sticky (although I think this was due to cleaning fluids rather than anything else). The location, however, was gorgeous - in the summer it would be even better!

It was a golf club so the reason for booking was the driving range, so it was a problem that the range was a few miles away. However the staff were friendly, the food was good and homely.

Service to customer was great, even though on arrival, because of a party, we had to call as the reception was empty.
Really negative point was check out in the morning, nobody was able to do the bill and it took more than 20 minutes to pay!!! Nearly got late for my meeting.
By the way golf course was excellent!

I wasntlooking forward to my visit after therecent reviews but was pleasantly surprised . Altho' the rooms arent big, the bed was clean & comfortable. Roomy bathroom & great shower.
We were well looked after at reception and breakfast(excellent) and my informal evening meal was good value. Hope its available next time I'm in Swansea!
