Stayed here following my sisters wedding with my Mum, Uncle & 85yr old Nan in tow. My Nan HATES being away from home (hasn't done so in 20yrs!) but the staff at the Red Lion took care of her every need and she couldn't praise them enough!!! They were courteous, friendly, respectful, kind, considerate and unbelievably helpful ~ so much so you'd have thought that THEY were family :O) Only one tinsy-winsy criticism, the pillows were a tad flat & hard but that's a small prie to pay for such a beaming grin on Nans face... |

We have stayed at the Red Lion twice, it is easy to get to, centrally located and when you book a 'deal' it is good value for money. |
