Location is really good, close to walls, overlooks racecourse, free parking, short walk into town, modern and clean. Only problem was the poor sound insulation from other guests on our floor - as another reviewer has said, echoey corridors, banging doors - so when groups return at 1-2 am you get woken up, and they weren't really being rowdy. We did stay on a Friday night, and maybe its only an issue on Fri & Sat, but worth thinking about if you'd like to sleep. |

The rooms are alittle small. All doors need rubber closures as all bang shut-and in the middle of the night! |
