we requested a quiet room as we had a lot of travelling the next day and we were given a room on the top floor next to the air conditioning for the hotel. the noise was very bad and we had very little sleep. when we complained we were just told sorry it can be noisy sometimes. awful, over rated and over priced.

We were very happy with hotel in all aspects from welcome to departure. We expect to pay car parking in London area!
We had booked so we could use Fsat Boy's Thai Restaurant along the way - check it out - fantastic food!
We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

the staff were freindly enough ,the restaurant manager in particular was superb, great location by the canals ,it is close to heathrow and the landing gear is visible ,we love planes so i would stay again just for the view.rooms and bar etc very clean ,excellent !!!!!!!

We thought the hotel and food were lovely, all the staff were very professional and friendly. With the hotel next to the canal, and the river Thames with in easy walking distance, there was plenty of opportunity for walks.
