The location is excellent for St Pancras, the rooms are ideal, the only complaint would be that the basement room was noisy as it was situated next to the breakfast room. |

Can't recommend this place. Pretty expensive and nothing more than a boring bed and breakfast rather than a real hotel. |

This is a basic hotel without any frills. It is, however, very clean and my room, at least, was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable with a good sized en-suite. The location is excellent for travellers from the North ,being just yards from Kings Cross/ St Pancras stations. I enjoyed a good rate from Laterooms.com and thought the hotel constituted very good value for money. |

We chose this hotel as the location was convenient. Very basic accommodation, reminded me more of student digs than a city hotel. Room initially looked clean but the bedspreads had dubious stains and I ended up with bug bites on my leg. Breakfast was okay, nothing special: dining room was cramped and several guests had to wait outside for a free table. Only saving grace was the staff - polite and helpful. For £140 per night we expected more, certainly not a room in the basement where we were kept awake by the rumblings from the tube trains until midnight then from 6am. |

Great location, room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic but plentiful and not bad for the price. |
