The hotel looks great when you arrive. I was put in a room that was on the second floor right at the back of the hotel. I had a one year old and I am also very pregnant. When I got to the lift it wasnt working I had to walk up stairs carrying my bags and my 1 year old. When we got to the room it looked nice. My little boy fell asleep after a bath and I put him to bed (there are no cots so we had to share a bed) when I got into the bed it was awful you could feel ever spring in the matress I hardly slept all night. I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning and she just said I should have asked to move. How can you do this when you have put you little one to bed ! She was the only person who wasnt helpful at all. I would stay again if they sort the beds out. |
