This hotel has much character due to its age with narrow creaky corridors. However the room was a wonderful surprise. Very large and spacious, with a good quality bed. |

The hotel itself was beautiful. A real piece of history! The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem we found was the length of time waiting for breakfast! We waited for 40 mins for our breakfast and when we asked for another cup of tea, it never arrived as we were waiting for so long we left! |

Room was lovely, exactly as descibed. Quality of food at breakfast was excellent although strange to eat in the bar with the cereals lined up on the bar! A side room (used for private functions) would have been better for serving breakfast. |
