The room was so very clean and the swimming pool, sauna, steam and spa were simply the best I have ever seen... So very clean.. The staff were so friendly and any problem they sort it straight away.. We will return again.. Breakfast was amazing simply everything was there cooked ready for you to help yourself.. I don't see how anyone staying here can have a bad experience after the 2 days I had there.. simply brilliant and makes you want to return.. |

The evening meal at the function that i was attending was excellent in both quality and service, how ever the breakfast was in the self service style and although there was a good selection the warm food was barely warm in places which spoilt the breakfast part of my stay. The only other comment would be the possibility of the provision of a water fountain or water station out side the Sauna in the lesuire club pool area also to supply towels in the lesuire club for hotel guests rather than having to take your room towels and get them exchanged at reception |

When this first opened it was a lovely place, with attentive staff who couldn't do enough for you. I remember being given a free meal with wine when something minor went wrong, and another time a free return visit because the bed springs had collapsed. Nowadays the multitude of counter staff make you feel like they're doing you a big favour for letting you check out an hour later, and they actually charge you for anything later than that. The prices are silly and I only stay here when I've no other options. |
