The Lift is a Health & Safety issue and very easy to trap one's fingers in. It broke down the night we were there and we had to walk up 5 floors. When it started working again in the morning it was very noisy and kept us awake. This is not a five star hotel!! Our room was small with portable noisy aircon. Breakfast was ok but only just warm not hot. Poor value at £25.00 The hotel staff were friendly and we had no complaint in this area at all. If a hotel is advertising 5 stars surely it is up to your booking agency to check that it is just that. I took 2 valuable clients and their wives there and they were not impressed either.
