Their helpfulness and hospitality was very welcome, in addition their local knowledge, provided us with an excellent location for an evening meal. |

Right on the seafront and just a short stroll from the centre. Quiet and good for b&b accommodation with the usual excellent breakfast. Also a good bar. |

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was good, due to the time of year all amenities closed at 5pm so it would've been nice to have had evening entertainment at the hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay it was easy to find and well situated. |

I regularly stay in hotels, both in the UK and around the globe, I did not expect an exceptional standard in Gt Yarmouth, but cannot believe this hotel can be advertised as 4 star. The room was cramped and of extremely poor quality, the ensuite was behind a sliding door which was hanging off its brackets and was extremely basic with a barely functioning shower. A very poor, old and badly mainainted hotel, I would not recommend this to anybody, the hotel next door (where we ate as no food was avialable at the hamilton in the evening) was of much better standard. |

Was expecting the rooms to be a lot nicer from the picture on the internet. Didn't get value for money. Room v small, shower and bathroom v small. Would not pay as much as i did to stay in this hotel again. Nice location. |
