I stayed on "The Level" in an Executive Double Room. Having a private check-in was very much appreciated as there was a coach party in the main reception when I arrived. Very clean, comfortable room. Everything worked and attention to details was very good, except one small thing; the shower hose needed replacing and looked strangely tatty and out of place in what was lovely surroundings. I cannot fault the room otherwise. I wanted to fill in the satisfaction survey but it was missing from the room folder. The private lounge for "Level" guests was very good, the free Tapas, from 1800-2100, were excellent and there was plenty of them. Giving free drinks during this time is an enjoyable difference in the modern world. Staff were attentive and very efficient. |

Very good customer service, executive (the level room) was excellent. Hotel is in a great location, with tube across the road. Hotel was quiet and clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was very good, food could of been a bit more hotter and plates were cold and really need to be hot if you are having a cooked breakfast. Very good hotel, would definately stay here again. |

Very friendly reception staff. Was offered an upgrade for £30 per night but didn't feel it was necessary. Superbly located, bit pricey but then it is in central London and a stone's throw from a tube station. About the only hotel in the area that I could find that includes breakfast in its price. |
