evening receptionist was very polite and helpfull, room decor looked tired, shower area not clean/ black marks, carpet looked dirty, tired and had a smell, overall the room standards compared to a very low budget hotel, the modern outside image does not match the tired inside. |

Service was not very good at breakfast - due to lack of staff training rather than the individual. We weren't told when we arrived all the details about where toast, croissant etc was - it was hidden round the corner and we didn't spot it until later. |

Not happy that request for room with river view not met. Staff complacent. Worst aspect was being located above a cheesey wedding disco that went on until midnight - as not part of that group would have made more sense to be have been located in other wing ie exactly where I had requested ! Room far too warm and thermostat bust. Bath tiny. No fridge. Small cramped room for a couple. |
