Rude staff a speciality at this hotel although I was travelling on my own I booked a double room that should have accomodated 2 guests to my supprise this consists of a double bed pushed up against a wall A tired dirty unwelcoming experience well worth missing ! Is it really a Ramada ??? couldn't even bring myself to eat in the restaurant after a 5 hour drive I still opted for another drive to a local supermarket

The hotel had a grubby look to it. The carpets were disgusting. The hotel is in need of major revamp. I ordered room service and after numerous phone calls advising me they didn't have what I wanted I ended up with a completely different meal which was less than satisfactory. The duck was very fatty. The staff were lovely though on a positive note!!

Great location, short walk to the town centre, clear map provided by the hotel to easily locate a shortcut to the town centre along a bridge over the dual carriageway. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free parking. The rooms would benefit from updating.
