A very classic building - more like a stately home. Good rooms but can get very hot & stuffy mid summer (all 3 days of it!) |

The Beamish appears to be focused on wedding receptions and other group functions and we stayed for a wedding. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night and before the wedding because of a serious family illness so did not experience all the facilities. We were still charged for both nights though! |

Easy to find using the directions given on hotels website. Staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Real value for money and I look forward to staying again. |
